Our Boston, MA client is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate has 5+ years compensation and 3+ years benefits experience, is familiar with ADP and UKG, and has advanced Excel skills.

**Candidates must be local to the Boston area to be considered as their on-site requirement is x2 days/week.**
Salary: Starting at $100,000+

Responsibilities:
- Analysis of compensation programs to maintain equity, competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's compensation practices.
- Support performance evaluations and other reward & recognition programs
- Development of annual salary structures and merit matrices
- Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, etc.
- Serve as a key liaison with management on all compensation related matters
- Expertise administering competitive and equitable compensation programs to attract and retain high performing people
- Benefits administration and open enrollment
- Works in Excel to develop compensation analysis tools
- Perform ad hoc research and analysis as requested
- Support HR team as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive compensation/rewards experience required
- 3+ years benefits experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
